Hommage Louis

Last August we pressed grapes and stored them in oak barrels for aging.  Together with friends, we participated in the process and blended two types of grapes:  70% petite sirah and 30% barbera.  Oh yes; red wine!

The wine matured  for a year and is now ready for bottling.   We decided on making our own labels and so dedicated this production to Carl’s father.
