Several months ago we began a genealogy search.  We started with the Palludan family and discovered relatives in Denmark.  We are thrilled to make this connection and continue to build what we hope will be a long lasting family tie. 

The search continued with the Hughes family and led to more discoveries and more searching. 

I read in an article that searching for ancestors can become addicting and so it has but in doing so we have engaged family members from all over to participate in  contributing information and in bringing many of us who have been separated for nearly three decades back together. 

There is much more to do and to discover but we are off to a great start and thanks to all of those who have helped and continue to provide photos, documents and stories.
